By using Meeba, you agree to order responsibly, provide an accurate delivery address, and treat riders and merchant partners with respect. Orders are fulfilled by independent merchant partners and delivered by independent riders on the platform.
Orders & payment
Prices shown at checkout include the delivery fee and any applicable discounts. Payment is collected via Mobile Money, card, wallet balance, or cash on delivery, depending on what you select.
Cancellations & refunds
Orders can be cancelled before a merchant begins preparing them. If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact support and we'll make it right.
